Today was a good day

Today was truly a beautiful day.....it started out on a rough start with several time outs, yelling matches, and frustration. As a consequence to the bad behavior we almost stayed home but I decided that this would only be giving in to my 6 and 3 year olds and letting them have control. So we left, and as soon as we stepped outside it was like night and day....the sun was out....the birds were chirping...and even though it was already 4:30 pm., I was ready to start a new day and that we did. We went to a neighborhood park and had a blast. Not a worry in the world....so I just wanted to share this for anyone who is feeling like there is no end in sight, no matter what.... it's never too late to make up for a bad start.
